Boise State University's School of Public and Population Health invites you to a summer session of its Continuing Education Series. This online series will provide current and aspiring public health stakeholders with information designed to improve the health and wellbeing of Idahoans and surrounding communities. All sessions are hosted virtually via Zoom, free and open to the public!
Connecting Public Health and Carceral Health
Session Description: This continuing education session will provide an opportunity for current and aspiring public health professionals to learn more about how incarceration and reentry impacts public health at a variety of levels, from the individual to the community to public policy. This session will feature representatives from the Idaho Department of Corrections. Please come prepared with curiosity and questions!
