IMPACT Level 1 - Lewis-Clark State College (Region 2)

Idaho Mathematics Project for Achievement, Coaching & Teaching (IMPACT) is Idaho’s differentiated math professional learning model, designed to provide the right level of support based on school and teacher needs.

IMPACT emphasizes high-quality instruction and practical mathematics intervention approaches for supporting students who need additional time, support, or access to grade-level learning. Level 1 focuses on the “how” of math teaching, by exploring the 8 math teaching practices in conjunction with explicit attention to concepts and student opportunities to struggle.
