Full course description
The Idaho Music Mentoring Program provides structured, discipline-specific mentoring for first-, second-, and third-year Idaho music educators. This continuing education course supports experienced music educators serving as mentors by providing training, resources, cohort collaboration, guided reflection, and documentation of mentoring practice.
Mentees will engage in music-specific professional guidance, reflective practice, and instructional problem-solving, through monthly mentor/mentee check-ins, Canvas-based resource engagement, and cohort meetings.
