Full course description
Key issues in public financial management include basic government accounting and regulations that govern public spending. This course will focus on the determination of fiscal policy, budgeting processes, and governmental forms of budgeting. Also, we will focus on the consideration of fiscal policy and processes in various program areas, as well as an emphasis on the interface between technical and political processes.
