HOW POLICY IS MADE

This course examines the public policy process, including stages, types, and the roles public
servants play.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Describe the key challenges that emerge in policymaking processes.
  • Describe the role public servants play in the policy process.
  • Analyze case studies and determine appropriate decisions for policy actors involved.
  • Use previous research to inform strategies on how policy actors should address
  • challenges from case studies.
