Part III begins to transition from exposure to interaction by providing an opportunity for participants to actively engage with OER through the evaluation of Open Textbooks. This session of the Open Education Development Series answers the question: 

How can I ensure the OER I implement is quality material and supports my learning outcomes and objectives?

This part of the Open Education Development Series targets individuals who are familiar with OER and tools and resources that can assist in accessing these materials. This course builds on participants’ foundation of OER knowledge with an exploration of the considerations necessary for effective and appropriate integration of OER. Part III will take participants through a peer review process over the course of two weeks, culminating in a published textbook evaluation and a plan for OER adoption into your course!
